My daughters friend is 14 years old and wants to move in

Customer Question

Hi, my daughters friend is 14 years old and wants to move in with us. If I allow her to move in with us will the RCMP or social services have any power to take her back to her mother?

HelloIt is not so much that they have power to take her back to her mother but they do have power to wonder why she is with you. If they feel the child is unsafe then they can remove from your home. What is happening?Tom
