i am the trustee of my husbands estate.He had some of his belongings ,also an outstanding debt with his daughter in Justice MB.They made an offer through a lawyer & then did not follow through.Since I live in B.C. I would like to know what steps I need to take to put a to lien on their house to insure payment.

I don't understand that facts. Why are you owed money?Are you saying the daughter owes money to the estate which you will be inheriting?
