I live in a modular home in a private owned park, residents are mixed young and older ie 55plus. am now attempting to sell my modular, the prospective purchasers say the cannot buy due to being under 55 . there appears to be nothing in our lease agreement that states 55plus community. what can We do?

So why not tell them they are not correct and show them the lease?If there is no restriction in the lease then they are completely wrong. They can buy your home and can also take over the lease.
