What province is this please?Does the tenant pay rent for the first of the month? What were the grounds for the eviction? How much notice did you give?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
The province is Saskatchewan.
The Tenant pays the first of the month.
The Tenant is not being evicted, he is just moving to another facility.
He gave notice June 4th that he will be moving out June 18 and asked for a refund on his rent.

Did you agree he could leave with such a short notice period?
