Customer Question

I want to publish a memoir and do not have consent from every one who is named in it. I don't want to get sued and want to know if there is any way around having to turn it into fiction?

You cannot be sued successfully for telling the truth. It is only defamation and grounds for being sued, if you harm someone's reputation by lying. So as long as you are sticking to the truth you would not lose in Court. But there is no way to stop someone from suing you unfortunately.
