Ladies and Gentlemen,we would like to found an Internet

Customer Question

Ladies and Gentlemen, we would like to found an Internet company (scrap metal dealer) in Canada and offer our services via our website(s) predominately in the USA. So the company has its registered office in Canada but our target market are the USA. Do you see any problems in a construct like that? We expect packages from clients which would be delivered  in Washington but would then be forwarded to Canada.

Sorry you have been waiting but I just saw your question.
Why do you want a Canadian company? It seems like it can all be done without one.
If you feel the need, you must have a Canadian address (which could be a lawyer's office) and a Canadian Director.
