Customer Question

I need a real state attorney.
I sold my home a week ago and now I regret the sale.
Both parties signed and the closing is on July 9, 60 days after the sale.
Is it anyway that I could get my home back?
if so, What kind of costs would this be?
I was feeling very pressure by my agent, it was an emotional weekend for me and I made the wrong decision.

There is no way to change your mind. While the closing is not until July the sale essentially was made. The buyer bought the house when you accepted their offer. If you don't go ahead they can sue you to compel you to transfer title to them or else for damages and for costs as well. You can try and make then a deal such as paying them off to go away but they don't have to accept it.I am sorry this is not what you were hoping to hear.
