I've made a skin care products online purchase last year Oct. It's about $150 CAD. But the store didn't ship my products. I contacted them several times to get my refund. Once they said yes, however, they didn't do anything till now. the last time I contacted
them by email is on March, 2015 they just apologise but didn't follow up my case, and never gave me a feedback. What should I do right now ?
