I've been trying to gain employment at Grand Valley Institute

Customer Question

I've been trying to gain employment at Grand Valley Institute for Women as a cook. my employment is subject to a finger print clearance from the RCMP in Ottawa. There has been a cross-over problem because I have the same name and birth date as a known criminal who has no association to me, is there anything you can do to help me in this endeavor. i need to start ASAP at the Institute.

The finger print is to exclude you as the person with the same name. That is the only method of confirming that you are not he.
