Are you familiar with mortgages in Ontario? I defaulted on

Resolved Question:

Are you familiar with mortgages in Ontario? I defaulted on a mortgage, but have since sold 4 properties with the money going to the mortgage holder. They will not respond with a mortgage statement or invoice for legal fees. The last property closed in June 2013. Do I have to bring a motion to receive the statement and invoice? Do I have to bring a motion to have the monies applied to the writ?
