I have a friend who is coming into a very large inheritance. She is concerned that her common-law's ex-wife (legally divorced) is going to push for increased child support. Is his Ex entitled to increased payments?

The child support has nothing to do with her income or her inheritance.
There is no reason for her to be worried.
Do you know of any legal precidents for this?
It's not about legal precedent.
The Federal Child Support Guidelines are based on the parent's income and not the combined family income.
