I have a client (website design). I drew up a quote and they accepted it but not money was exchanged and no contract was signed. It is much more complicated than I initially thought and I've tried to explain to the client that i do not have the skills to complete the job. I have offered them any and all files I currently have (except those that I have purchased and can't legally share) and have explained no payment needs to be made, but that apparently isn't good enough. The client is threatening to sue for breech of contract. What do I do?

At what point did you find that the job was more complicated? Did you have all details of the job at the time of the quote or did you get more information afterwards?
