My ex spouse is not provideing the tax information upon rquest, this is on going for 4 years.She is self employed and has been increaseing her income the whole time, as well as working unreported during summer months.I wish to have it reassesed in court, how might I go about this, and does the fact she has been doing these things to me work in my benifit at all as far as past paid support ect.Thanks, XXXXX XXXXX I'm not the only one being robbed in the guise of support.Mark

You can bring a motion to Court to vary the order based on a material change in circumstances, namely, her increase income.
She will need to provide the last three years income tax returns and notice of assessments plus any other relevant financial disclosure/
You can also seek to obtain a retroactive adjustment based on her failure to provide annual disclosure despite being asked.
