If a person living in Quebec has a valid marriage contract from 40 yrs ago and this contract includes separate as to property has there been any requirement by Quebec to file some type of ammendment to this contract so that the separate as to property continues to apply in cases where one partner has debt so that the other partner is not liable for this debt.
