I rent a condo and am moving out July 2 as the owner has decided to sell it.I have advised her that the truck will be here that day and all was good between the owner and I considering she did not give me proper notice after I had agreed to a month to month lease after June 1,2012. Today,I received a notice from the condo board to Occupant stating that we will all have to park out of the complex and our secure garages for 30 days while they do repair work on the driveways. The letter was dated yesterday and they have already started chopping up driveways. We are not allowed to park in front of our units on the lane or obviously on our driveways as they cure for 28 days. This clearly causes a problem for movers, their truck,my friends vehicles that will be loading that day as well I do not wish to park a Jaguar on the street where I cannot see it or hear the alarm or my new Ford Flex.I have advised my landlord again about the truck and the condo board of my moving dilemma. Do I have any options? Thank you in advance. XXXX XXXX XXX@XXXXXX.XXX XXX-XXX-XXXX41073.2100811343

I will contact the management company AGAIN tomorrow but I must have some way to insist I be able to back the truck up.There is no boulevarde and I have a full workshop
in the garage that can not come in thru the house without taking out some walls.Hauling a freezer into the house from the garage, thru the whole house to haul out to the truck parked in front of the house is creating the potential for disaster as it is adding steps into and out of the house where everything in th garage is there to go out the big doors. This condo board has been a nightmare to deal with...5 months to get a leak in the garage fixed,2 months to get a roof leak repaired and a year for them to argue over downspout position so out driveways are glare ice all winter.they really are putzes
