It's fraud and it's a criminal offence. You can be charged and end up with a criminal record. If she is caught later on she can lose her status and be deported. It's highly inadvisable for you to do this.
what criminal charge i might face if i do so?
As I said, it's fraud.
how many years jail for that fraud?
It's not likely you would go to jail unless you have a prior criminal record.

I ended the chat because I received notices that you posted but your post never actually posted. Can you try again please?
the last question: you mean that if i do so, i might have a bad record for fraud and nothing else happen to me.?
whould you please reply the last question?
No,I did not say something would not happen to you. I said it's not likely you would go to jail. There's no guarantee and you could be facing huge fines and/or probation.A criminal record can impact on your employability and your ability to travel. It's very serious. You are not understanding what I am saying. I suggest you sit down, face to face, with a lawyer before doing what you are considering.
