OK.First, this site is legitimate and you are not being scammed.I am a lawyer and live in Toronto. You do not understand how this site works and I am assuming this is why you have posted four times and have been upset.I was about to answer this post a while ago when I noticed you posted a second time. I answered that post but you didn't respond back it for some reason and then post twice more. Please do not post again except for responding to this post now. You will start to get many computer generated emails. This is because you kept posting. Please just ignore all of them and just reply to this post. We can go up and back on this post so if you want to give me more information or ask something more just post back. Do not start another post. We will close the other so you aren't billed four times. Before I answer your question I need to know a bit of information so I can answer fully. So, remember just post back giving me the information I need. Are you the tenant?I assume that if you are you were given a notice and the Landlord ticked off the box that he needed you out so he himself was going to live in that space, is this correct? When did you get the notice, assuming you are the tenant? Are you saying the house is now up for sale? If so, how do you know this?If there are other facts I need to know please let me know this too. Finally, you need to understand that I am one person and there are dozens of customers waiting for my assistance. I will answer you as soon as possible but it will NOT be immediately. Just post once in reply and then you will need to wait until I can get back to you.
Relist: I still need help.
