I was recently divorced and pay $2000.00 a month alimony.I have just taken my 3rd wage cut and paying half my wages to my x.With the payments i have i am using my line of credit to survive,is there any way my alimony can be dropped until things pick up and my wages are back to normal?

Usually there is a provision in an agreement that says what you must do if you have a dispute. For example it would say you need to retain a mediator and try to mediator before either arbitrating or going to court.Does it say that?
