The deal was made last Dec. and a deposit of $40,000 was sent and exceped in Dec of last year. Nine months later they finially removed two pieces of equipment and we picked it up and sent it to Minnesota where my company is. The delay from Dec to Aug. was because they had to come up with money for environmental reasons and we staid patent and trusted they would work it out. Since the first two pieces were picked up and paid for we bought around $30,000 more of the equipment and paid for it and sent it to MN. Now they have talked with other US companies and after knowing what we paid offered them a little more for items on our invoiced list with the down payment. He has now stopped the rest of the sales because he now wants to have others take anther look at the equipment. The mill is in Thunder Bay, Ontario his company is in Toronto area.
Yes... the total is about $200,000 and they have received around $50,000 so far. Now we would pay for it all now and he knows that he just stopped it for no other reason than greed. He does not think we can do anything because we are an American compay.
Would you be able to take this on?
