Were you able to read what I just sent you before writing the above response? We had come to the same conclusion as you, that the likelihood of a charge being laid lessons as time passes. I assume that since a response to my initial questions took hours to be compiled that it would also have taken the prosecutors a similar amount of time - and would they end up with enough of a case to merit it being brought to court? I guess we can only spend the next few months in dread that a charge will be laid. It is harder on my husband than it is on me. The hardest thing about all of this is that, being a psychologist and not a stupid man, he should have anticipated the possibility of discovery and what that would have meant for his family, especially the son he adores.
