Customer Question

it goes like this, there are 3 business partners, 2 brothers and my friend (Ron) to keep it short Ron has said he wants out, so on this past Friday Ron received a e-mail from one of the other partners to summarize it "you are fired, we have changed the locks and added more security camera's" because myself and Ron (the business partner) entered the premises one night to view all of the financial records (and found out that the taxes owed HAVE NOT been paid as they said they have been, employee's paid contrary to the employment act as per Canadian law i.e. no taxes taken and or remitted to proper government agencies). To say this is a mess is beyond a fair statement. Ron is also illiterate and was solely dependent upon the one business partner to run the financials and books of the company only to find out he has been using the business account as his own personal bank account as well as failure to remit aforementioned taxes/payroll deductions properly as per Canadian Law.
