are you sure the area is not a minus?

Since the entire region of interest (from x = -7 to x = 0) is below the x- axis, the calculation turns up a negative answer. But since area can never be negative, we write the answer as a positive value.

Thus, area = 258.16

I hope that helps. Please give a high rating for my answer. Only then I will receive the credit for my work.

Thanks.
