I have a 2003 Cadillac Deville with many new parts, new springs, front& rear, new front shocks
, new sway bars & links,& right front has a slight lean& leans more than it should especially with road crown, Cadillac service can't find anything wrong with suspension
, I did notice left rear slightly higher than right rear about half inch to an inch,& car rides bumpy, thanks Tony
JA: How has the ride been lately? Have you noticed any fluid under the car?
Customer: Not satisfied with the way it rides, no fluid under car, car has been well- maintained ,has 122,000 miles
JA: Are you fixing your DeVille yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No I always take it to Cadillac service to have it repaired, car ran fine until Septenber,2015, after taking it to another dealer to get headlights adjusted and to check humming noise coming from muffler, car hasn't rode right since
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: After replacing front& rear springs for the second time in 6 years, I was told someone may have tweeked something underneath because car isn't riding like its suppose to, I think its something in air ride system thats not working properly, thanks again
