What could be wrong pass side headlight will not come on

Hello What could be wrong pass side headlight will not come on after 2 new bulbs. Driver side is ok
JA: What is the model/year of your Cadillac?
Customer: 2006 dts
JA: Are you fixing your DTS yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Hold on please. only replaced bulbs
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

If you pull the bulb slightly out of the connector so that it's only just barely plugged in will it work?

I see the connector (pigtail) go bad on these bulbs all the time from the heat they generate. If you can get it to work by either just barely plugging it in or wiggling the connector around then you may have to cut the connector off and wire in a new one.
