Hello. My name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you. I sounds like the passenger side blend door is sticking or malfunctioning. On dual climate control vehicles, you have the separate systems for each side of the vehicle. That explains why one side is hot and the other is cold.

To fix this issue you will have to check the actuators to make sure they are functioning. To get to the blend door actuators, you will have to go thru the center or bottom of the dash...
