Hello. Do you have access to a scanner to see what codes are stored?

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
I can get the codes read. I have a reader
Expert:  Ivan Alvarez replied 12 days ago.

Ok lets start there. Let me know what codes are stored in pcm and abs systems.

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
Okay, so I've got C0050-0F Right rear wheel speed sensor circuit - signal erratic......C0899-03 Control module power circuit - low voltage....
Expert:  Ivan Alvarez replied 12 days ago.

Have you noticed any noises coming from the right rear area? Maybe like a grinding noise.

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
No grinding noises from the rear at all. Can I replace a rear wheel speed sensor without replacing the entire hub?
Expert:  Ivan Alvarez replied 12 days ago.

No its part of the hub. Does your scanner show you wheel speeds?

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
No it does not. I called a parts shop to check on the availability of hubs/sensors and they said it doesn't come with the hub. They said they sell the sensor separately
Expert:  Ivan Alvarez replied 12 days ago.

Ok let me double check that.

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
Thanks, ***** *****
Expert:  Ivan Alvarez replied 12 days ago.

You are right, I apologize. The sensor is serviceable without the hub. I was thinking of a different set up. First thing I would recommend is to inspect it. Remove the sensor and clean it. Sometimes they get a lot of metal build up and start giving false readings.

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
Great, thanks. I will do that.

Ok let me know what you find and if you need any other info.
