2013 SRX drivers seat wont go back all the way and wont move

Customer Question

2013 SRX drivers seat wont go back all the way and wont move down. All other functions are fine. Foward, back to about 3" shorter than it used too. and it wont lower.
JA: Are you fixing your SRX yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, it just went over 50,000 so the dealer wanted $110 just to look at it. I checked the fuse which was fine. Looked to see if anything was blocking it and it wasnt. It just clicks when you try and move it down or further back. Seems to be an issue withthese things but cant find an answer.
JA: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Have you located both?
Customer: Yes, I checked the fuse in the back
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No
