JA: Have you checked the fob's battery?
Customer: lost my keys had my husband bring the second fob, it did not work, had no idea on how to start the car, there is a manual key to open the trunk, but could not figure out how to start the car with a dead key fob
JA: What is the model/year of your Cadillac?
Customer: 2013 cts coupe
JA: Are you fixing your CTS yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: my car is a work, i just replaced the battery in the second fob on the way home, but i could not figure out how to start the car with a dead key fob
