I have a 1998 Cadillac DeVille in which the HVAC blower

I have a 1998 Cadillac DeVille in which the HVAC blower motor was replaced with an aftermarket unit by the Cadillac dealer a little over a year ago. Starting yesterday, the blower WILL NOT turn off. Not by pushing the off switch , and not even by turning the car off.

That could be one of 2 things, the blower motor resistor, (built into the blower motor) or the programmer. The tests will have to be done to determine which, thanks
