Won't start.Turns over fine but there is no signal or power to the coil packs
JA: What is the model/year of your Cadillac?
Customer: 2001 sts
JA: Are you fixing your STS yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No,He has tryed and checked all fuses changed the cam sensor and ecm
JA: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Have you located both?
Customer: yes,all good
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: This has happened twice in the past two months.My guy changed all the 10 amp fuses and it run then repeated and now again.It startes the last time put it reverse and it shut off and nothing since

are the coil packs just loosing the pulse?or is there no voltage at the coils also?
