Will not recognize fob. We have had high water and now I cannot open anything.
JA: Have you checked the fob's battery?
Customer: Yes and tried both fobs.
JA: What is the model/year of your Cadillac?
Customer: 2006

Customer: I have got the trunk open with the key inserted on left side of rear bumper.
