JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: Center bulbs. New bulbs have been installed
JA: What is the model/year of your Cadillac?

JA: Are you fixing your CTS yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Replaced the 2 bulbs
