Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are many things that could be causing a starting issue and it will indeed require testing to determine what the problem is, just as any problem would. The exact symptoms aren't clear but I'm gathering that the engine cranks slowly. If the engine is cranking slowly it could be the starter, an engine ground issue or poor power feed to the starter.

Did you obtain a voltmeter?
