Customer Question

Jerry, I have the same problem. The left headlight is out. I replaced the bulb and ballast - two times, checked the fuse and it's OK. Any ideas
JA: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Have you located both?
Customer: On just the one under the hood and the fuse is good.
JA: What is the model/year of your Cadillac?
Customer: 2009 Cadillac Escalade
JA: Are you fixing your Escalade yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, myself. I replaced the left bulb with a Sylvania D1S. Didn't work, so I checked the fuse and it was good. I then thought I received a bad bulb, but when it came it - same problem. This time, I replace the bulb, but didn't put it back in the headlight ass. Just wanted to see if it worked once I hooked up the power.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: no
