I have 2013 xts that was traded in 39 days ago with no problems now the touch screen will not respond to touch. The dealer where I got the car said I had to have on star. Signed up today still no responce. Is there a reset for this CUE

There is little chance the problem is not the screen itself.

Did the problem start after a jump start, repair, etc?

Are there any other electrical problems present?
