I took my theft fuse out by accident and now my car won't

Customer Question

I took my theft fuse out by accident and now my car won't start
JA: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery fully charged?
Customer: Yes
JA: What is the model/year of your Cadillac?
Customer: 06 cts. When I put the fuse back in the hazard lights begin to flash
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes. I disconnected the battery for 30minutes then I left the switch in the on position for 15 and it still wouldn't crank
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: No
