hello???

Hello and welcome to Justanswer!

The low pressure switch provides a path to ground when closed and sends a signal to the body controller.

There are many things that will prevent a/c from working ranging from the control head itself, pressure switches, low system charge, the compressor clutch coil, the control head, temperature sensors, wiring; there are dozens of possibilities.

How was charge level checked?

The defrost has heat on the right and cold on the left.also the floor vent blows cold on heat? What could this be
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 6 months ago.

The issue was not that the a/c wasn't working?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
no it was a misunderstanding this is my problem
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
can you help me
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 6 months ago.

Is it a dual zone system?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
what does that mean
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 6 months ago.

Do you have two zones, left and right, where temperature is controlled separately?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
no it just has electronic climate control
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 6 months ago.

Did the problems start after any work was done?
You're able to change mode correctly?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
no its done that for a long time.
Yes
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 6 months ago.

If you have a single zone system and there is a temperature difference between sides then you either have a physical issue in the heater box or two separate problems. There may be a restriction in the heater core and poor a/c performance both at the same time which is causing the temperature issues. Odds are the dash and heater box are going to need to be removed to diagnose the issue.

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
wheres the heater box
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 6 months ago.

Behind the dash.

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
how do i get it out
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 6 months ago.

It's also possible that the programmer is contributing to the issue but if there is a temperature difference between sides on a single zone system there is more going on than just that.

As I mentioned the dash needs to be removed to remove the heater box. This will require an a/c recovery machine and is about a full day job for a trained technician with the proper experience and necessary tools.

i have to goto bed talk later
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 6 months ago.

Ok.

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Could this problem be caused by one of the blend doors under the dash?
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 6 months ago.

The blend door is the door in the heater box that controls temperature. There may be an issue with the door.

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Is that under the glove box because thats the one im going to replace.
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 6 months ago.

You're most likely looking at the recirculation door actuator. The doors are inside the heater box and require heater box disassembly to remove.

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
where is the heater box located exactly?
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 6 months ago.

It's behind the dash.

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
what is the procedure to get it out. Like take glove box out or somthing like that
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 6 months ago.

No. As I mentioned the dash needs to be removed to remove the heater box. This will require an a/c recovery machine and is about a full day job for a trained technician with the proper experience and necessary tools
