JA: What are all the symptoms you've noticed (e.g. noises, leaks, flashing lights, error codes)?
Customer: Just cold air out of vents. a/c off outside temp 68
JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Have you checked for a leak in the radiator?
Customer: Radiator level is good.
JA: Are you fixing your SRX yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Have not tried anything yet. Not sure where to start
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Hi Im David, so you are saying its too cold from the vents? is this with ac on or without ac?

A/C is off. Coolant level good. Outside temperature is 65 and temperature out of vent drops to 39 after 15 minutes of driving.

No noises, no flashing lights Don;t know about codes.

with the ac off, take a look at the compressor clutch on front of the compressor and let me know if its spinning.
