I would check the fuel pressure and volume with a gauge, and also check the exhaust for a restriction. It would also be a good idea to scan to the computer PID's for more information. keep me posted.

50-60 so you're too high which means a pressure regulator is bad.
Forget about codes, they don't apply here, they're not hooked up to your O2 sensors.
KOEO and KOER are two totally different tests.

You just drop the fuel tank and pull out the old pump then put in the new one. It's not hard at all.
It's NOT that rich to effect the CAT. You would have to be blowing out black smoke for that to be a concern.
