I've seen battery cables cause this a lot actually. Do you have a multimeter I can walk you through a loaded voltage drop test to see if they are your issue

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I am at work right an the caddy is at home sorry
Expert:  Ryan Schott replied 11 months ago.

OK well let me know when you can, and also the main place i've seen the network wire be an issue is at the ipc connector itself. The terminal gets spread and doesn't make great contact to the pin on the IPC. so play with its connector also and see if it acts up while wiggling it. but let me know when you get home and I can help you do a loaded voltage drop test.
