Looks like all of the fluid has leaked out of the power steering pump or hose?
JA: What color is the fluid? What part of the car is the leak coming from?
Customer: Fluid has a reddish tint and the leak is on the driver side toward the front.

Hi. It is common for the power steering hose/line to rot out and leak on the drivers side. Usually one of the lines that go to the steering gear. Sometimes the front pump seal will leak, but that is usually a more slow leak. Have you been able to pinpoint the leak yet? Do you plan on fixing this yourself?

If pump is bad It will depend on what the removal procedure is.

I understand. You may need a pulley remover/installer if it is the pump. Does the leak come out quick? WHen the truck is running or off?
