Are you saying you have a battery drain until you remove the #7 fuse?

That fuse #7 feeds power to the chime module, stop light switch (cruise control), theft detent module, auto day/night mirror all along pink/black wires, so disconnect each item one at a time until the battery drain goes away and that will be the circuit with the short.
