Why aren't you looking for taillights for a 2007 Cadillac Escalade Esv then? They fit Chevy Chevrolet Suburban Tahoe GMC Yukon and is not compatible with 2007 Cadillac Escalade ESV

The lights I enclosed would make my 2007 Escalade have the same lights at a 2016 Escalade. I don't think it's appropriate to answer a question with a question. People are here for solutions

They can be converted with a Hopkins 5 to 4 taillight converter. I'm just not sure how to do it

Yeah, I wouldn't know how. I have looked at 3 basic wiring diagrams without even looking at where the wires come from and I notice the 2015 has an led module.
