Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.

If you are unable to unlock the car with both remotes then you are likely looking at a programming concern and its likely they have lost programming. Because your car is a 2016 then its likely the car is still under warranty and I would return to your dealer and have them check this for you and get it resolved.
