Customer Question

I have a 2007 Escalade Esv. I would like to swap out the tail lights for the newer style
here http://m.ebay.com/itm/LED-Tail-Lights-Rear-For-2007-2014-Chevy-Chevrolet-Suburban-Tahoe-GMC-Yukon-/331849381877?nav=SEARCH
Could you let me know what parts I would need to make them work? Apparently the connectors are different on the 07-14 Yukons than the 07-14 Escalade.

Hello, my name is***** are some pretty cool looking tail lights and from what I'm seeing the connectors look the same for Escalade and Tahoe so I don't see any reason it wouldn't just be a plug and play. Here are connector diagrams so you can see for yourself. Let me know if you have more questions, thanks.

Thank You but none of the sellers say it will work on 07-14 escalades.
I am enclosing a link to a forum that shows people having issues.

I'd have to trust my wire diagrams more then people talking in a forum. I could see the actual plastic housing being different not allowing it to fit but connectors should be the same. If you buy from ebay you could always return it if they don't fit. Let me know if you have more questions, thanks.

If the Yukon is a 4 connector and the Escalade a 5 connector how would that work? They are made for 07-14 Yukon
Expert:  Dan replied 11 months ago.

All of the years 07-14 have the 5 pin connectors according to manual. Let me know if you have questions, thanks.

The lights are made for Yukons, suburbans. http://m.ebay.com/itm/LED-Tail-Lights-Rear-For-2007-2014-Chevy-Chevrolet-Suburban-Tahoe-GMC-Yukon-/112041080046?nav=SEARCH
That means they have a 4 connector is that correct ?
Expert:  Dan replied 11 months ago.

That would mean they have a 5 pin connector just like the Escalade.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I am enclosing a file. Was it the Tahoes that came with the 4?
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Thanks again for your help
Expert:  Dan replied 11 months ago.

I checked all 4 and they all come with the same 5 pin connector. What is the picture of?

Expert:  Dan replied 11 months ago.

I'm not sure I can answer this question actually, I'd be better off trying to help you hook them up once you got them. I will open question back up to see if someone else can tell you.
