Hello, my name is ***** ***** to help you with this.

This is a common problem on your vehicle, I used to work at a Cadillac dealer and have seen this before. You will need to pull the door panels off. There are metal rods for the locsk. You can sometimes free up the latch and lock rods and hinges with a little wd40 and working it back and forth, if not you will need to replace the actuators.

Let me know if you have any more questions,

Thanks Dan
