Customer Question

I have a 2006 Cadillac STS very low mileage and just had brakes replaced. Now have a low "rumble" in left front when I apply the brakes. Repair shop said nothing wrong with brakes, must be the tires. Replaced all 4 tires and still have rumble. Brakes do not grab but sounds like I am dragging a cardboard box underneath the car - not a metal on metal sound but kicks in about 25 mph when coming to a stop
