Hi there, I am Cam. Can I get your first name please?

This sounds like you have a failing wheel speed sensor, or bad wheel bearing in the front. The idea is that when you turn, its either changing the resistance of the wiring or changing the gap in the bearing which makes the truck think its got a wheel slipping. Usually the ABS system will set a code, but in the absence of it, all we can do is check for loose wheel bearings and even check the wiring. I think you might find wiring that is damaged or a loose wheel bearing.
