Customer Question

I would like to chat with a CERTIFIED CADILLAC technician, about a 2010 SRX with a humming/subtle noise when driving higher rates of speed, shows up when foot moved from accelerator to brake. Would like to know if that model has shown to have the problem.

Welcome, I am Chris (aka-Moose)

Is the noise occurring when just slowing down coasting or when you actually start braking? So far the differential looks like the source of your noise.
