Hello, my name is Bobby. Thank you for the question. If all of the fuses are good then most of the time this is an issue with the master switch in the system. If you have a voltage meter I can run you through some tests. Did all of them stop at the same time?

I do have a voltage meter, first was the back passenger then front passenger then behind the driver and finally the driver side window all within 2 weeks

You need to test the voltage to the master switch. Under the switch assembly see if the Dark Green and if the Red/White wires have battery voltage. If they do then also check and see if there is a good ground under the driver side kick panel. If all of these are good then replace the master switch. Let me know if you need more help.
